Welcome to Praylist. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them; they're written to be plain.
Praylist lets you record, write, keep, and share prayers — your own and those of the people you invite. We offer it "as is" and may add, change, or discontinue features over time.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email and be at least 13 years old to use Praylist.
Your prayers and recordings are yours. You keep all rights to them. You grant Praylist only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display your content so the app can work for you and the people you choose to share with (including transcription and prayer-matching as described in our Privacy Policy). We don't claim ownership of your prayers and we won't use them for advertising.
Please use Praylist respectfully. Don't use it to store or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes others' rights, and don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service or others' accounts. When you invite others or send a prayer, you're responsible for who you share links with.
Invite links and sent-prayer links give access to whoever holds them. You control and can revoke them. Prayers you mark private are never shared. You're responsible for the links you distribute.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.
Praylist is a personal tool provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, or spiritual counsel. We don't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or that recordings and data can never be lost — please keep anything irreplaceable backed up elsewhere.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praylist and its creator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above when we do. Continuing to use Praylist after changes means you accept them.
